Our Policies

At The Doll House Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note-All Independent Stylists have their own policies and fee structures.

Cancellations

At The Doll House Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of.  The Doll House Salon does require a $50.00 deposit for all services booked.  Deposits go toward your remaining balance. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know at least 48 hours BEFORE your appointment. If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time your deposit will be forfeited. We also ask that you do not bring additional guests or kids to your appointment. All appointments are scheduled through our booking site. Please note-Appointments cannot be scheduled by phone.

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened and your deposit will be forfeited.
